Hail leaves a record. We photograph it.
Bring the date of the storm, your carrier’s name if you want it in the notes, and any ceiling stains. This page is a sample of how that visit can be explained.
What the visit covers
Slopes, soft metal on vents and AC covers, window screens, and the fence line. Bruising is circled on photos. If the roof is fine, the report says fine.
What we will not do
Invent damage, advise you to file a claim that the photos do not support, or speak to your insurer as if we were you.
